Best Neighborhoods with Large Lots in The Woodlands TX

I wanted to take a moment to share with you the best neighborhoods with large lots or big lots in The Woodlands TX. For this blog, and for the lists below, I defined "best" neighborhoods as neighborhoods with A-rated schools.

The A-rated elementary schools in The Woodlands TX are:

Buckalew Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Bush Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Creekside Forest (Tomball TX, The Woodlands, Tomball ISD)
David Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Deretchin Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Galatas Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Powell Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Ride Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)
Timber Creek Elementary School (Tomball TX, The Woodlands, Tomball ISD)
Tough Elementary School (The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)

After defining the "best schools", I then needed to define "large lots". I did that in three categories, 10,000-15,000 square feet, 15,000-20,000 square feet, and then anything above 20,000 square feet. At the bottom of the three lists, you can find active homes on the market for sale, right now.
