Deretchin Elementary School vs. Bush Elementary School (Elementary Schools of The Woodlands, Conroe ISD)

So I hear you are trying to compare two of the top rated schools in The Woodlands, that fall within Conroe ISD (Conroe Independent School District).

Deretchin Elementary School is located off of Merit Oaks Drive in 77382. That location is easily accessed by Terramont Drive and Woodlands Parkway or Branch Crossing Drive and Terramont Drive. Branch Crossing Drive runs north and south from Woodlands Parkway and Research Forest Drive. Deretchin is in the heart of Sterling Ridge, which is one of the most prestigious villages of The Woodlands. Sterling Ridge is located in what us locals reference as "the back of The Woodlands" (FM 2978 is the road bordering the west side of The Woodlands).

Bush Elementary School is located off of Crownridge Drive in 77382. It is in the heart of Alden Bridge on the north central edge of The Woodlands. The roads that would give you easy access to Bush would be Research Forest Drive, Kuykendahl, FM 1488, Green Bridge Drive, and College Park Drive, aka 242. Alden Bridge is a lovely village in The Woodlands with lots of home with character.

Now to truly compare the two schools, one must look at the facts to form a clear opinion...
