Goode Co. Fish Camp & Oyster Bar Coming to The Woodlands TX

Hi friend. As some may know, The Woodlands boasts a highly impressive restaurant scene, with all types of cuisine & tastes from around the world. So today I'm excited to share with y'all a new restaurant coming to town soon that'll be sure to impress.

Goode Co. Fish Camp & Oyster Bar will be opening Spring of 2022, in the space where Goode Co. Barbecue once was, before they unfortunately closed during the pandemic. This location is off of Six Pines Drive, just a few minutes from Town Center, and it'll be adjacent to Goode Co. Kitchen & Cantina.

Goode restaurant owner & chef, Levi Goode, is dedicated to sharing his family inspired recipes & traditions with diners. This Houston native & his family have been providing high quality food cooked to perfection since 1977, coming from humble beginnings & working had to grow into the successful company they are today. They're known for their amazing barbecue, seafood, and Mexican restaurants throughout the Houston area.

As for the new Goode Co. Fish Camp & Oyster Bar, this is what Levi had to say: “Like all Goode Company concepts, Goode Co. Fish Camp & Oyster Bar is rooted around our family’s rich history and knowledge of regional cuisine. In this case, the time my father Jim and I spent along the Texas Coast,”...."We would spend the mornings at the break of dawn wading the sandy shorelines. Many of the nights were spent gigging for flounder or fishing for speckled trout under the lights on our deck. Over time, these long days deepened into an appreciation for all aspects of the process."

He didn't comment on any menu specifics for the new restaurant, but we do know it will feature a prominent oyster bar, seasonal fish, and cocktails. I'm sure that whatever ends up being on the menu, it'll be just as impressive as the food at the other Goode Co. restaurants.

The Woodlands is eagerly awaiting this opening, and personally I can't wait to try it as well!
