Town Center is the place to be, with multiple outdoor hubs for shopping, dining & events, one of the best malls around, scenic views of The Waterway, and so much more. It’s a highly desirable area to live, whether you’re looking to rent or buy, so let’s go over the housing options available there!

Homes

Neighborhood of East Shore | Homes for Sale

A beautiful 26 acre village located on Lake Woodlands with stunning views & and picturesque landscapes. There’s a variety of home styles like Greek revival, Charleston, Southern Spanish Colonial, French Eclectic, Southern Anglo-Colonial, Southern French Colonial & Southern Coastal Vernacular. The homes range from the 200s – 3m, and there’s a gated section as well. There’s really something for everyone here, no matter your style or budget.

Oasis Pointe Condominiums & Townhomes (East Shore) | Homes for Sale

Lovely condos within the East Shore Village, with views of Lake Woodlands. The condos here are fairly large at 2,000 square feet and up, with most of them having spacious wrap around balconies to take in the great views. A great neighborhood just north of Town Center, with beautiful homes that are on the newer side that feature a modern yet traditional style. The community is full of mature trees for a secluded feel, near highly rated schools, most of the homes have spacious lots with well maintained yards, and there’s very quick access to Town Center & community shopping centers within the village.

The Brownstones are in such a great location right on Waterway Square, so you can literally step out your front door and have a plethora of fun places to dine & shop at.
